The greatest thing is one company taking over another company which has lost its fame and name. It is not their foolishness to take over; they know that after merging they would get profits. They have appointed an auditor to check with the details of the company after merging.

Fraud detection

Detecting frauds is not that easy as everyone thinks. As every transaction is of double entry, we can’t pick the mistake easily. Any transaction which is not entered double can be treated as omission or mistake but if it is intentionally then it is completely fraud. I would say detecting is difficult.

It is very important to maintain our dress code in the company. Dress codes vary from country to country and while inviting any new member from other company it is necessary to know their way of wishing them. That way makes them feel comfortable and to impress them. People from other countries would not wish us to speak same language but they would expect respect from us.

At right time

When we work properly to the company achieving its needs they would in turn pay for us properly with incentives appreciating our work. A company expects prompt work at right time. As per my view to be at office at right time shows how dedicated we are at work.

Recession

Sometimes it can be true that our country guys are not getting jobs due to abroad people working over here. I would say something that is, if we work hard for a while then automatically we will be in top management and it will fetch the amount that we expect. It is not that all employees are of same talent and all should get the same salary. It is based on the designation they are.

Labour

Many companies think that abroad people are occupying our country in jobs with low labour and so it is not allowing our country people to have their jobs. I should it is not completely correct. For example technology will help our country to grow and it will help to earn money that reduces recession.

Modern Culture

Our management is so good that it allows fashion in our company. There are almost three hundred people working in whole company where 50% can contribute in buying fashionable items that will help the country in one way or the other. This way if every company takes initiative, it will help the country.
