Own funds &loan funds

I was talking to one client who is 58 years of age. He was asking about the precautions on raising money when the company is in need of money. When a company has the requirement of funds, it have to go for either own funds or loan fund. Own funds is nothing raising the money from the public. Loan funds are nothing but raising money from the financial firms and individual investors in terms of bonds. If the company is able to pay the bonds, I would say that it’s better to go for loan funds.
