Recession

Sometimes it can be true that our country guys are not getting jobs due to abroad people working over here. I would say something that is, if we work hard for a while then automatically we will be in top management and it will fetch the amount that we expect. It is not that all employees are of same talent and all should get the same salary. It is based on the designation they are.
